Special Forces Close Quarters Combat

Course Outline

From the course, you will experience:

 • Strenuous combat conditioning & stretching, aim to build up your stamina, strength, flexibility, tone up muscle and most importantly strengthen your endurance and perseverance;
 
 • Various form of striking techniques which include kicks, punches, slaps, elbows, chokes and knees;
 
 • Various form grappling techniques which include clinch holds, pinning holds, submission holds, sweeps, takedowns, throws, joint manipulation techniques etc;
 
 • Light, semi or full contact sparring with protective gears, learn how to start an attack and how to reply to an attack, learn how to defend and perform blocking, learn how to perform combination attacks or movements. Only through practical sparring, you experience the application of techniques that you have learnt and improve from the mistakes you made;
 
 • Ground fighting, learn arm and leg locking on the ground as well as the skill to avoid being lock;
 
 • Blindfolded sparring, learn to defend yourself in the "dark";
   
 • Fitness games & challenges;
