In U-Elites' Martial Fitness, we have various self-defence courses cater for youth and adults.

All our courses put high emphasis on self-protection elements. We teach our students with the most effective and practical street survival skills, maximising their opportunities to escape from dangers.

Our Ladies-exclusive Personal Protection Programme is a 12-hour short course which teaches all females a comprehensive set of simple yet practical self-defence tactics. We adopt a realistic scenario-based self-defence training method where students will experience simulated "real life" attack training at different environment & condtion.

Special Forces Close Quarters Combat and Combative Hapkido are an ongoing training which teaches students with all-rounded fighting skills, from kicking & striking, pressure point attack to ground fighting.

If you have any personal requirements or busy schedule where difficult to follow our training schedule, please let us know. We will work closely with you to personalise a training programme that can fulfil your requirements.
